On March 18 – 19, 2019 Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs held V International Student Summit «Human rights in the context of modern globalization challenges».
During the two days of the summit, representatives of 18 teams from higher educational institutions of Ukraine, Poland and Kazakhstan presented their own projects. Each team had 15 minutes, for which it was necessary to protect the results of scientific research and determine what practical contribution to the legal sphere with their help could be made.
Among the topics that talented law students have devoted their attention to are cyberbullying and the impact of hounding on the Internet directly on children. We also considered the problems and prospects of the development of environmental law in Ukraine, as well as issues of gender equality and domestic violence.
According to the results of the V International Student Summit, the most talented were identified:
I place – V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, National Academy of Internal Affairs;
II place – Pedagogical University of Cracow, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Lviv State University of Internal Affairs;
III place – M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University, East European University, Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.O. Didorenko.
This event started with introductory and welcoming remarks of many guests, such as SMM OSCE observer Mr. Omid Aeineh Chi.
At the end of the event he thanked the representatives of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs with such word:
