A welcome reception will be held on the evening of on Monday 7th and sessions will take place all day on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th.
Submission
To submit an abstract, please go to ESA Website and log in.
(If you have not paid your ESA membership fees for 2020 yet, you will need to do that before paper submission. Go to Account > Renew membership.)
Choose Conferences > 2020 European Regional Meeting, Exeter UK > Submit Talk.
The deadline to submit abstracts is Monday 1 June 2020.
Notification of acceptance will be by Monday 15 June 2020.
Registration
After your paper is accepted for the conference, you will need to register for the conference.
Go to ESA Website and log in, choose Conferences > 2020 European Regional Meeting, Exeter > Register.
