On 25th of September Anica Djamić, Ambassador Extraordinary and Gordana Buljan Flander, Director of Child and Youth Protection Center of Zagreb Plenipotentiary of Republic of Croatia in Ukraine, visited Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs.
Rector of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs Andrii Fomenko informed guests regarding activities of the University, about the experience of international cooperation, unique training centers and innovative teaching methods, which are constantly being introduced into the educational process in accordance with the European educational standards of higher education.
Students and cadets of our university had an extraordinary opportunity to listen the lecture of Gordana Buljan Flander concerning Protection of Children’s Rights and to discuss problems related to children’s abuse. This lecture was a big step to raise public awareness about this important topic nowadays.
We’re very grateful that such respected guests of Croatia found time and chance to visit Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs and to share experience and results of researches with their Ukrainian colleagues.
