Rector of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs Andrii Fomenko and Head of the Department of Humanities and Psychology Kyrylo Nedria made a working visit to the Republic of Lithuania.
The program of the visit included visits to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, the Ministry of National Defense and the Center for Military Medical Service of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Lithuania, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania to discuss topical issues of bilateral cooperation.
With the participation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Lithuania, a meeting of the Ukrainian delegation with the President of the Republic of Lithuania, Mr. Gitanas Nauseda, was organized, in which representatives of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs took part.
Rector Andrii Fomenko presented the Lithuanian Law Center in details and described the results of its activities.
The focus was on discussing the specifics of implementing a project to create a regional online psychological assistance center for combatants currently in the Anti-Terrorist Operation Zone/ Joint Forces Operation area and their families, which is planned to be implemented next year by Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs in cooperation with Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration and Government of the Republic of Lithuania for the period from 2020 to 2021.
