Dear lawyers, scientists and colleagues!
You are invited to submit materials for the participation in the International Legal Scientific-and-Practical Conference “HUMAN RIGHTS, DEMOCRACY, JUSTICE: PROBLEMS, ACHIEVEMENTS, PERSPECTIVES”.
The conference is dedicated to Ukrainian week of law.
Deadline for submitting materials: 10 December 2020
Thesis will be published in the issue with its registration under ISBN and introducing into Science Index – License Agreement No. 543-09/2013.
Scope of the conference:
Research and discussion of actual problems: 1) development of mechanisms to protect human rights and freedoms, determination of perspectives for their enhancing in terms of different directions of legal science; 2) lawmaking and law enforcement activities under modern conditions of a democratic state development; 3) real manifestation of the principle of justice in legal activity, justice and legal life.
Theses volume shall be 3-20 pages.
Scientific papers of the participants will be published at LegalActivity.com.ua and conference issues.
