Legal and Economic Processes for Euro Integration Discussed at All-Ukrainian Level

All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Actual Research of Legal and Economic Processes for Euro Integration” was held at DSUIA. The event was dedicated to the Day of Science.

Applicants for higher education from National Academy of Internal Affairs, Bohdan Khmelnytskyi National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Kyiv Faculty of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine and Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs partook in the conference.

Presidium included Andrii Fomenko, DSUIA Rector, police colonel; Larysa Nalyvaiko, vice-rector; Iryna Hrytsai, deputy rector in gender issues; Mariia Vakulich, head of Educational Quality Provision Department; Viktoriia Savishchenko, dean of the Law Faculty; Serhii Obshalov, dean of the Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies Faculty; Serhii Balaban, dean of the Criminal Police Faculty.

Andrii Fomenko opened the event. He stated that applicants for higher education were the scientific potential and pillar of our future in law empowerment of the state.

“Our youth systematically demonstrates high results of participation in scientific works contests at both departmental and all-Ukrainian level. I am convinced that you will direct all your knowledge and skills to the development of our country, the introduction of your ideas in further scientific and practical activities. In addition, the issues outlined in the conference cover a wide range of issues, among which every future lawyer can find their professional branch”, Andrii Fomenko emphasized.

In course of the conference DSUIA rector gave diplomas to the winners of all-Ukrainian contest of student scientific works in knowledge and specialties in 2020-2021 academic year. Mariia Zemlianko, the 4th year student of the Law Faculty, has obtained the I degree Diploma in “State and Law Theory and History, Political and Law Studies History, Philosophy of Law” (scientific mentor – Larysa Nalyvaiko, Vice-Rector).

Violetta Rets, the 4th year cadet of the Faculty of Training Specialists, has obtained the I degree Diploma in “Criminal Law and Criminology” nomination (scientific mentor – Vasyl Berezniak, senior scientist of Criminal Law and Criminology Department).

Anastasiia Mukhai, the 3rd year student of the Law Faculty, has obtained the I degree Diploma in “Law” nomination (scientific mentor – Dmytro Pryputen, associate professor of General Law Disciplines Department).

Alina Nemesh, the 2nd year cadet of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies, has obtained the III degree Diploma in “Service Law” nomination (scientific mentor – Hanna Blinova, professor of Administrative Law, Process and Administrative Activity Department).

Bohdana Arnautova, the 4th year student of the Law Faculty, has obtained the I degree Diploma in “Law” nomination (scientific mentor – Liliia Zolotukhina, professor of Civil and Law Disciplines Department).

Besides, Yana Lazarieva, the 2nd year cadet of the Criminal Police Faculty has obtained the award from the Field Contest Committee in “Administrative Law and Process; Financial Law; Informational Law” nomination (scientific mentor – Mykola Repan, senior lecturer of Administrative Law, Process and Administrative Activity Department).

Cadets and students have been also rewarded for the active participation in the scientific and research activity of the University.

As part of the scientific and practical event, the results of the university competition for the best scientific work among applicants for higher education were summed up. Thus, in the 2020-21 academic year, 47 scientific papers were submitted for participation in the competition, of which 28 best selected and 9 first prizes were given based on the results of the review.
