3rd year cadets of the Educational-and-Scientific Institute of Law and Training Specialists for the National Police Units of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs have undergone the online module “Firearms” on CEPOL platform.
The module consists of interactive tests and lectures developed for the users to get general information on different aspects of illegal firearms use and different means of combatting criminal activity connected with firearms. Thus, cadets learnt the classification, legislation and regulatory instruments of firearms in the EU.
The course results in theoretic upgrading professional knowledge of future police officers in terms of firearms trafficking and combatting this phenomenon.
