The Association of European Police Colleges or AEPC (www.aepc.net) was created to provide better training for police officers by exchanging experiences between specialized educational institutions. Currently, the Association has 55 member countries. Police universities, academies, and police schools from the countries that are among the associated members of the organization have additional opportunities for cooperation, organizing academic mobility, and improving the qualifications of teachers and trainers of educational institutions with the issuance of relevant certificates of the European model, as well as free exchange of experience between professionals in specialized areas of activity.
DSUIA received the status of a member of AERS in September 2018, becoming the 55th member of the Association of European Police Colleges.
