Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania in Ukraine Mr. Marius Janukonis and Recotr of Vytautas Magnus University Mr. Juozas Augutis visited Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs.
Representatives of the Republic of Lithuania got acquainted with the institution of higher education, the results of the activities of Lithuanian Law Center, and also had the opportunity to discuss the development of new ideas for joint projects in the future.
«You have not just created a corner of Lithuanian Law Center. We have established a genuine working relationship, and now we can discuss specific areas and programs for the implementation of which the Lithuanian university can help. We are ready to share our experience. And I’m sure that our colleagues also have something to learn from you», – emphasized Mr. Marius Janukonis.
Rector of Vytautas Magnus, Mr. Juozas Augutis expressed gratitude. He noted that now there are many opportunities for close cooperation between the two universities. He also told about the possibility of students to obtain a double diploma, study at the Summer Law School or even acquire valuable knowledge in the laboratory for the study of artificial intelligence. Among the prospects, he identified courses on IT technologies that can be initiated at Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs
