The 2021 National Environmental Justice Conference and Training Program planners are inviting individuals to submit abstracts, not to exceed two pages, related to environmental justice. Each abstract should include the submitter’s name, affiliation, full contact information, and the amount of time being requested.
The 2021 National Environmental Justice Conference and Training Program currently scheduled to be held jointly with the National Conference on Health Disparities on March 17-19, 2021 in Washington, D.C. The conference planners are interested in abstracts for workshops and training modules in all environmental justice related areas, but particularly the impacts of COVID-19 on environmental justice and low-income communities that are the most vulnerable and have long been decimated by health disparities.
Individuals selected to present will serve on a voluntary basis. All presenters must register for the conference. Conference travel expenses and hotel accommodations will be at the participant’s expense.
