Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Policy
The commissioner for anti-corruption policy directly subordinates to the rector of the university and acts according to the foundations of self-reliance and functional independence in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.
The main tasks of the anti-corruption commissioner are the following:
- planning, coordination and implementation of measures for the prevention of corruption;
- organization of work on assessment of corruption risks in DSUIA activities and preparation of measures to eliminate them;
- provision of methodological and advisory assistance in law-abidance pertaining to the prevention of corruption;
- implementation of measures to reveal conflicts of interest and facilitate their resolution;
- monitoring compliance with anti-corruption laws, informing DSUIA rector and specially authorized counter-corruption entities about the facts of violations of legislation on preventing and counteracting corruption.
